The findings, published today in The Journal of Physical Chemistry B, DOI: 10.1021/jp207589p in a paper titled “Surface Dynamics of Amorphous Polymers Used for High-Voltage Insulators” helps to unravel the mechanism of water repulsion on the insulator surface.

The agreements signed today between IBM and the Skolkovo Foundation lay out a roadmap for our future collaboration and provide a framework around which our two organizations can drive innovation in Russia. With IBM’s experience and leadership in Research and Development and Skolkovo’s huge focus on innovation, we are entering a partnership of great potential for Russia.
